For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of caring for, teaching, and leading young children, and I truly can't imagine doing anything else. Investing in children, supporting families, and helping teachers grow isn't simply what I do each day—it's the way I choose to live my life.
I believe children learn best through connection. Before we can teach a child, we must first earn their trust, understand who they are, and build a relationship rooted in love, respect, and encouragement. Every child is unique, and I believe it's our responsibility to discover what sparks their curiosity, celebrate their individuality, and help them grow with confidence.
As the Director of TCA, my greatest joy is creating a place where children feel like they belong, families feel supported, and teachers are inspired to make a lasting difference. My hope is that every child who walks through our doors feels deeply loved, endlessly capable, and excited to learn each day.

Hi! I’m Shiloh, the Instructional Coach here at TCA. I’m so excited to be part of the team and to support and encourage both our children and teachers. I’ve always had a passion for working with little ones. From babysitting and nannying to working at CTC Child Development Center and now here at TCA, I’m so thankful for everything I’ve learned along the way—and for everything I still have to learn! I have an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development, and I love serving at my home church by leading music and events, helping in the nursery, and teaching the 0–3-year-old class during VBS. My hope is to help create a positive, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged to learn, explore, and soar in their development.
